2025 Martin Luther King Jr. Nature Walk | What’s happening in Kansas City

2025 Martin Luther King Jr. Nature Walk

Each year since 2015, we come together with our partners and the Kansas City community for the MLK Jr. Nature Walk along Brush Creek focused on environmental justice followed by a keynote speaker at the Bruce R. Watkins Cultural Center.

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.

This event encourages listening, reflection, and honoring the powerful words of Dr. King. Nature serves as a place of peacefulness, awe, and inspiration, making it the perfect setting to resonate with Dr. King’s timeless messages.
