Join the Liberty Arts Commission for Make Music Liberty (MML) on Sunday, June 21! Enjoy a variety of different sounds by musicians of every age and musical style. Performances will take place all around Liberty, but primarily in the downtown area, 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. MML is also hosting a join block party with Historic Downtown Liberty, Inc. in the parking lot at the corner of Franklin and Gallatin Streets! Enjoy tasty treats, vendors, a cooling station and more.
Special Features
A Patriotic Sing-Along at Second Baptist Church (300 E. Kansas St.) brings part of the America 250 in Liberty celebration to MML with a variety of patriotic tunes at 4 p.m. Enjoy smooth jazz at this year's After Hours performance by KC Sax Pack at Second Baptist Church starting at 6 p.m. For more information, including performance times and locations, and how to sign up as a performer or venue » www.makemusicliberty.org
