This year’s program promises to be a powerful and moving experience, featuring four distinguished speakers representing diverse faiths and perspectives. Each speaker will delve into the theme of our shared humanity and the urgent need to rebuild bridges of understanding and civility. Highlights include:
- Rabbi Stephanie Kramer: Offering insights from the Jewish faith on unity and compassion
- Iman Mohamed Herbert: Sharing lessons from the Islamic tradition on love and mutual respect.
- Reverend Dr. Rodger Nishioka: Providing Christian reflections on community restoration.
- African American Pastor Marvin Daniels: Speaking on the enduring call for justice and reconciliation.
This hour-long program will also feature music and dance performances.
Following the program will be a 30-minute reception focused on “Breaking Bread”—an opportunity for attendees to practice the principles of unity and connection shared during the event. Participants will gather to share various breads, a communal blessing, and meaningful conversations.
