A Railroad Runs Through It: The Life and Lessons of Walt Disney by Michael Campbell presents an inspiring multimedia seminar, learn how a passion for railroading influenced the life and work of one of the greatest figures of the 20th Century. Through rare images, artifacts, and first-hand accounts, see how determination and creativity helped Walt Disney triumph over challenges... and understand how we can, too. Walt’s love of trains runs deep in his roots – from Marceline to Kansas City – hear stories about his time at the Station when he departed for Los Angeles in 1923 with only a cardboard suitcase, the clothes on his back, two pairs of pants, $40 and dreams.
Tickets for this special presentation are just $10 each. Only a limited number of tickets are available, and early ticket purchase is highly encouraged.
