Step into the control room at Bach to Rock® studios and learn how to work with state-of-the-art recording equipment. Then, learn how to mix your tracks using Pro Tools — one of the industry’s most popular music production programs!
Our music recording camps take students behind the scenes of the music industry.
Every great musician depends on the talents of audio engineers and music producers. In Recording Arts Camp, you’ll discover how audio equipment and software can transform your tracks into chart-topping hits!
Music recording camps take place in Bach to Rock’s recording studios. Students get to work with industry-standard microphones, soundboards, and mixing equipment, as well as state-of-the-art software.
Over the course of the camp, you’ll work directly with a Bach to Rock audio engineer as they record music from live bands and solo artists. Students learn the ins-and-outs of microphone placement, studio equipment, and how to capture high-fidelity sound. Our engineers also teach students how to achieve different audio effects and capture specific sounds in-studio.
After recording live tracks, students will get a hands-on look at how songs are mixed and produced. Students get to mix songs using Pro Tools, one of the industry’s most popular software suites.
