Summer Activities – Occupations: 1860s Style! | Mahaffie

Each week, Wednesday–Friday, in addition to our regular living history activities, we’ll explore a new theme with unique stations. This week’s theme is Occupations: 1860s Style!

Experience 1860s Living History

  • Tour the historic farmhouse
  • Explore the Agricultural Heritage Livestock Barn
  • Watch cookstove and blacksmithing demonstrations
  • Meet the animals
  • Help in the garden
  • Play 1860s games
  • Ride the stagecoach

Admission: $9/adults, $7/children (ages 5–11), children 4 & under are free. Admission includes all activities!

Groups of 10 or more are encouraged to register in advance.
