Summer Smash

Head to the Kansas City Zoo for a Smashing good time! It's sweet summer time, and our animals are excited to enjoy some of their favorite sweet treats various animals will get a special, summertime treat- melons!

Head to the Kansas City Zoo for a Smashing good time! It's sweet summer time, and our animals are excited to enjoy some of their favorite sweet treats various animals will get a special, summertime treat- melons! Watch as they smash, stomp and slurp delicious fruit at scheduled times throughout the day. You can also celebrate the summer season by playing some of your favorite yard games located behind Sea Lion Splash. Games include cornhole, tumbling block towers, tic-tac-toe and more!
