Veterans Day 5K - KC Running Company

Help celebrate Veterans Day with a 5K event honoring those who have served our country. The 5K race will be held at English Landing Park in Parkville and participants will receive a long sleeve race shirt and custom finishers medal. Top finishers will compete for age group and overall awards. Teams of four or more can save on registration fees when they sign up!

This race is being run in honor of long time area runner, World War II veteran, and VFW employee, Ed Burnham, and a portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit the VFW Foundation in his honor. The VFW Foundation supports troops abroad, military families back in the U.S. and America’s often-forgotten veterans. Learn more about this organization HERE.
